Frequently Asked Questions
Should I book a Class Pack or a Trial Class?
We highly recommend booking a class pack in advance due to limited spots per course. By doing so, you secure your place for the full course, enjoy a discounted rate, and reap the long-term benefits of acting and improv! Here’s a comparison between booking a class pack in advance and a trial class:
CLASS PACK (in advance)
Benefits
- Guaranteed Spot: Your place is secured and not subject to availability.
- Discounted Rate: The more classes you book, the lower the price per class (already applied).
- Loyalty Discount & Certificate: Receive up to €30 extra discount if it's your second course (or more) with us or if you bring a friend who also books a class pack. The exact amount of discount depends of the number of classes (the more classes in advance you take, the higher the discount). Also, you can request a free graduation certificate after the end of your 2nd course.
TRIAL CLASS
- Purpose: For students curious about Acting or Improv but unsure about committing, we give the flexibility to join a Trial class first.
- Cost: €35-45.
- Validity: Can be taken only for the first, second, or (in rare occasions) third class of each course, within max 3 weeks from the start date. Spots are limited.
- Course after the trial: if you enjoy the trial and spots are available for a class pack, you can enroll by paying the class pack fee minus the trial cost.
- Note: Booking a class pack after your trial is subject to availability. High priority is given to those who booked a class pack in advance.
Do you offer Discounts?
Yes! We aim to provide affordable pricing so that everyone can enjoy the benefits of theater.
- Early Bird Discount: Automatically applied to price options for students who book a class pack in advance. The more classes you purchase upfront, the lower the cost per class.

What are the differences between Acting and Improv?
Acting and Improv theater share similarities but have distinct differences:
Acting: Structured interpretation and portrayal of a character in scripted plays or films. Actors deliver the script authentically, memorizing lines and blocking, creating a consistent portrayal. This involves exploring physicality and character voices.
Improvisation (Improv): An unstructured process creating scenes without a script. Participants step out of comfort zones, think on their feet, and tap into spontaneity. Improv actors work with minimal preparation, creating characters, dialogue, and action on the spot, often in response to suggestions. It fosters fun, laughter, and camaraderie.
Purpose: Acting teaches honest, confident physical expression, fostering a deeper connection with character emotions. Improv enhances authentic empathy, creativity, quick thinking, and playfulness.
Benefits: Both Acting and Improv enhance communication skills, boost confidence, and deepen connections with oneself and others. While both develop acting skills, they require distinct approaches and skill sets.
What happens if I miss a class or two?
- Attendance Requirement: Students must attend at least 80% of each course/class pack (e.g., for an 8-class pack, you can miss a maximum of 2 classes).
- Importance: Regular attendance boosts group dynamics, enhances energy, and provides more opportunities for pair and group activities. Commitment to most lessons ensures personal and group growth, as each lesson builds on the previous one.
- Refunds & Credits:
- Withdrawal: Students can cancel their booking for any reason at least 3-4 weeks before the course starts.
- Missed Classes: No amendments, credits, or compensations for missing 1 or more classes.
